All session times are estimates. My goal is to create a positive and relaxing experience with my clients - and however short or long it takes to accomplish that goal will vary!  Please don't be afraid to give me ideas or bring your own props!  Your pictures should reflect YOU and I love when my clients are involved in the creative aspect of taking pictures.  If you have no preferences, that's fine too - I'm happy to suggest locations, poses and props.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please recognize that there is a difference between rescheduling your session and cancelling it. In either circumstance, please notify me as soon as possible and we can reschedule. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to your session, your desposit will not be refunded and you will need to reschedule a new session. In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule, I will respect the 48 hour policy as well. Regardless of who reschedules, the deposit will be applied towards a new session date (48 hour notification required). Cancelled sessions will not recieve a refund.

Editing:  Each image is edited and ready to print.  I consider myself a perfectionist, especially when it comes to post-processing.  I pay attention to every detail (color correction & enhancement, blemish removal, contrast etc.) making sure that each image reflects the natural beauty of its subject(s).  Every image is available in color, black & white and sepia at no extra charge.  If you have any specific style and/or color requests (ie: vintage, hazy, texturized etc.) please let me know!!

Children and Babies: When young children and babies are involved, things need to be flexible. Session times involving children and babies will usually be longer because frequent breaks are needed. I like to capture the children/babies in an environment that they are comfortable in. A nearby park, the backyard or the living room are all perfect choices.

Deposit: The $75 session fee is due within 5 days of booking to reserve your date. This fee is non-refundable with the exception of rescheduling (48 hour notice required). For weddings, a 10% deposit is due within 5 days of booking to reserve your date.

Payment in Full: The remaining amount is due on your session/event date prior to the session/event. I appriciate your cooperation.

Ordering Prints: Within two weeks of your session/event date (4-6 weeks for weddings) you will be able to view your proofs in an online gallery and choose which images you would like to order prints from. Upon making your selections, full payment is due before I will submit your images to be printed. Your order should arrive within 4 weeks of payment, if not earlier.

All prints are printed on Fujifilm Crystal Archive Professional Super Type PD paper, unless you wish to use one of the other options listed below. This paper is known for accurate color reproduction, accurate whites, and improved highlight detail. This paper provides consistently high-quality prints that you will be sure to love.

Fuji Pearl Paper - Fuji Crystal Archive Digital Pearl Prints are high quality glossy prints with a distinctive pearl-like appearance that slightly enhances the contrast in comparison to standard paper. Pearl Prints feature a thick base and high stiffness to enhance durability, making it perfect for portraits. It accurately reproduce a wide range of skin tones while adding a distinctive look to wedding and senior packages.

Somerset Velvet Paper - Somerset Velvet Prints are acid free and 100% cotton Fine Art Watercolor type paper. This will provide long term durability and preserve your fine art or photos. The paper has a radiant white surface that provides vivid color reproduction and rich black images for prints with exceptional contrast.

Canvas Paper - Canvas Prints are printed on the highest quality 100% cotton duck fabric. This unique heavyweight canvas utilizes a tight weave that is ideal for photographic and fine art reproductions. This canvas combines incredible color reproduction, a medium gloss finish, and an acid free archival quality base which creates the highest image quality and an archival display life.

Texturizing & Spray Coating (additional costs apply):

Textures:
Linen - Gives images a linen texture with a very classy look.
Pebble - A unique texture that adds a medium pebble dimension to your prints.
Embassy - A new texture that gives you a combination of both Linen and Pebble textures.

Coating: Coating provides prints with a special layer of protection. Coating is recommended for prints going in an album without protected covers or prints that are framed or hung without glass.
Lustre - A water-based coating that provides your prints with UV protection that will last a lifetime.
Matte - A water-based coating that takes away any sheen while giving a matted texture to the print.
Hahnemuhle - A lacquer spray coating that protects your images from UV light, moisture, scratches and atmospheric contaminants. Hahnemuhle can be used to extend the life of your prints.

Due to the nature of my work, absolutely no refunds will be given. The only exception being a malfunction with my equipment that prevents or destroys the images taken. Given this extremely rare possibility were to happen - a total and full refund would be given.

All copyright laws apply. I take pride in what I do, and offer high quality prints to be a reflection of my work. It is not okay and even more importantly, illegal to make copies of prints or images that I have taken without a signed print release.
